Faith Formation:  In cooperation with the Pastor and Parish Staff, the Faith Formation Committee provides for the continuous faith formation of all our parishioners through all stages of life.  In particular, the Faith Formation Committee teaches the Gospel message of salvation and provides opportunities for all parishioners to respond to their baptismal call to ministry.  Programs include: CCD, RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults); Sacramental Preparation (Baptism; Reconciliation; First Communion; Confirmation; Marriage); Youth Ministry; Vocations Awareness; CEM workshops; RENEW; adult faith formation.

Adult Faith Formation

During the year, the parish provides opportunities for adults to attend Adult Faith Formation.  Programs will be provided both at St. Augustine and St. James.  Parishioners of both parishes are welcome to attend.  In addition, we inform our parishioners of other opportunities to explore our Faith at other parishes in the area.  Among the programs provided is the study of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Bible Study.  Information on these programs is provided in the weekly bulletin and announcements at Mass.
