Planning Committee:  In cooperation with the Pastor and the Parish Staff, the Planning Committee conducts the Parish Needs Survey, which is then used to establish the goals of the parish.  In union with the Pastor, the Planning Committee determines priorities among the identified needs and goals with respect to the allotment of personnel, physical property and financial resources.  It prepares a draft plan that will be routed through all committees for review and final prioritization before approval by the Parish Council.  Specific responsibilities include:  conducting the Parish Needs Survey; preparing a comprehensive parish plan; identifying capital repairs and improvement.
